The National Health Care Supply Chain Week  is organized each October, and this year from October 4th to 10th 2020.

This event is sponsored by the Association for Health Care Resource & Materials Management (AHRMM) of the American Hospital Association, who is the leading membership group for health care supply chain professionals.

This week aims to recognize and honor healthcare supply chain professionals for their outstanding contributions to healthcare and the overall success of the supply chain.

It provides an opportunity to recognize the integral role supply chain professionals play in delivering high-quality patient care throughout the health care field.

This year celebrates the theme: “Health Care Supply Chain Heroes”.

Healthcare supply chain has a primordial role during the actual pandemic as all healthcare professionals.
